These Terms of Service govern your use of gulledgedesign.com and any services provided by Gulledge Design LLC (“Gulledge Design,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide custom website design and development, plus optional monthly Care plans, as described on our site. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for your project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
The pricing tiers on our site are starting points; your final price is set by the scope of your project. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Standard builds are often ready within a few days — sometimes as fast as 24–48 hours — after we receive your content and information. Immersive projects run 1–3 weeks. All timelines depend on timely client input.
You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback, and to ensure you own or have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered website and its code outright. Until final payment is received, all work remains our property. We reserve the right to feature any site we build as advertising and to showcase it on our own website and in our marketing. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock media) remain subject to their own licenses.
Each tier includes the number of revision rounds listed on our pricing page. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Care is optional and never required to keep your site. It covers the items listed for each plan. Your site remains yours whether or not you subscribe.
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from the content or materials you provide, or from your use of the delivered site.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and hosting may use providers such as Netlify. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for work completed and for Care fees through the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
